I want to say a few things about these premises. It is a beautiful apartment complex that offers great amenities for their residents. Having a dog park is very convenient, after a long day at work I know, most resident would like to take their dogs out so they can enjoy themselves without having to leave the premises. It is amazing. Pool area is so beautiful and relaxing. Staff is welcoming and always willing to help.
I must say, the Carlton at Lake Dexter is a beautiful place to live. It has some great amenities such as very nice pool, gym, and an area with a grill and fire pit, just to name a few of the amenities. You are close to a lot of things to do such as restaurants and shopping and also Lego Land approximately five minutes away. Management is very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend the Carlton if you’re looking for a resort style place to live.
Do not rent a garage because it will be blocked by others in the driveway. Do not rent on the first or second floor, the noise from neighbors above is loud. Do not swim on the weekends because the pool is overcrowded and children cannon ball into the pool. Trash in halls. Great staff, keep up enforcement of paragraph 21 of the lease.
The amenities are absolutely wonderful. The staff that helps you with the leasing process etc are absolutely a blessing. However, the apt itself is beautiful from a far. We have had several issues with the master tub separating from the wall. This was addressed before the construction company left, but they did nothing. Instead the Office had to have Maintenance just come in and caulk, which has also done nothing. I’ve only been here for a day and it’s a dream! Kathy and Ashley are the sweetest and have helped me out so much! I can’t wait to explore more. So organized well maintained. I can say I feel safe here. So in love with this place!!
