Rich has been super helpful, communicative, and kind throughout the application process. He made me feel at ease when touring the property and answered all of my questions (especially regarding current promotions). The outdoor spaces are beautiful, and they definitely add value to the overall feel of the community. Between that and Rich's welcoming attitude, it was easy to make the decision to move here. I'm looking forward to calling this place home in a couple of weeks.
I want to say a few things about these premises. It is a beautiful apartment complex that offers great amenities for their residents. Having a dog park is very convenient, after a long day at work I know, most resident would like to take their dogs out so they can enjoy themselves without having to leave the premises. It is amazing. Pool area is so beautiful and relaxing. Staff is welcoming and always willing to help.
Management truly did not care for my disabled son’s needs. We set up a screen in the balcony to prevent our autistic toddler from eloping, and we were forced to take it down or be evicted. He got diagnosed and started eloping after a few months of us living there, we did not know prior to moving here that our son would elope. I tried explaining to Paige the chief executive director, that our son goes outside in the balcony as part of his daily routine, being outside was how he regulated his emotions daily.
