I came in last week to see these apartments in person since they are so beautiful online and I was even more impressed in person! The place is clean, new, and definitely resort like. My tour guide, Yaritza, was very knowledgeable and super kind! She was efficient and made the whole process easy and exciting. She got me a great move-in deal and I am stoked to move in as soon as possible! Get these apartments while you can because they won’t last long!😁

After touring the property with Rhonda at the end of March, I was convinced that The Carlton at Lake Dexter was the apartment complex for my roommate and I. She was so inviting from the start and gave a thorough tour. She was able to answer all of our questions with ease.
