I have used this company for 3 of my pregnancies, and every single experience has been amazing! I took me messaging customer service to have my order pushed through to shipping despite having provided my prescription. I then received an update that my order was shipped but had to reach back out to customer service to get a tracking number. Customer service was quick to reply and fix my concerns and I received my pump in perfect condition.

First of all I want to start of by saying that after trying several sites to get a good reliable breast pump through my insurance the breastfeeding shop had the absolute best options to choose from! I did end up getting the pump I had my heart set on free through my insurance! Second I didn’t have a prescription from my doctor but the breastfeeding shop took care of reaching out to them for me and getting the prescription they needed which was great for someone who is very busy! They were amazing! They communicated everything to me on if a request was not sent over to when the package arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is pregnant!
