I would give its overall 4/5 stars. I wouldn’t give anything less because I received my pump and for a great price. The issues I had were that it took two weeks to get an update on my order. I had provided my prescription at the time of my order to prevent delays. The. I only got an update after calling daily and my order being escalated to management. I contacted The Breastfeeding Shop to order a breast pump through my insurance for my daughter Emily, who would be due in about 4 weeks. Spoke to Kelly and she advised if the baby decided to come early to contact her, and they would get the breast pump out ASAP. Well, as you would know the baby is making any earlier arrival. I must be a magnet for bad breastfeeding luck. First I spend $400 for a breast pump that craps out after no more than 10 uses. (It was not ordered from The Breastfeeding Shop). So, I go on The Breastfeeding Shop’s website after being referred to it. I go through the entire process, get an order confirmation, contact my doctor’s office, and so on. First of all I want to start of by saying that after trying several sites to get a good reliable breast pump through my insurance the breastfeeding shop had the absolute best options to choose from! I did end up getting the pump I had my heart set on free through my insurance! Second I didn’t have a prescription from my doctor but the breastfeeding shop took care of reaching out to them for me and getting the prescription they needed which was great for someone who is very busy! Ordered my pump on 1/27, I expected to hear something within a day or two. Got an email on 2/1 saying it was going to take longer than expected which, completely understandable. I get that I’m not the only one having a baby at this time. After waiting for an update I received an email yesterday 2/6. It was the exact same email as the time before.
