I would not recommend signing a contract with Peaches Lipscomb of the Bradshaw Group. If you do get everything in writing make sure you read it to her and she comprehends what you are reading to her . Very low comprehension skills. Doesn’t seem to have metacognition with a verbal conversation and doesn’t seem to grasp written contracts.
