Bill Black went above and beyond to help us relocate from out of state. He kept us apprised of homes that met our criteria prior to our arrival, with consistent updates via email. Once we got to town he showed us the various properties and knew what was important to us and our family. Bill Black was able to quickly find a house that met our criteria perfectly. The house was unlisted but Bill used his contacts to determine that the owners were thinking about a move.
