I absolutely love my Child’s doctor , Dr. Nguyen! She’s attentive, answers all of my questions, and cares!!! I can message her through MyChart with any concern and she always message me back in a timely manner! Always a 5 star experience at the ARK!!! Also , Dr. Christiana is great as well!! So energetic and loving!!! My child sees her whenever Dr. Nguyen isn’t available.
Visited recently with a sick kiddo. The care that we received while there was impeccable. The staff treated us both like family, and were exemplary in the care they provided. Christian, Sara G., Katerai, Michelle, Kaylee, Sydney, Sarah Lemon. We are unbelievably pleased with The Ark!
The best experience we could have had at a Drs visit. The environment was warm and welcoming from the front door and the wonderful receptionist; to the nurses and the Dr. I would definitely recommend this place to any new mother or any mother or family at all! Hands down wonderful.
Love this clinic! And love my kids doctor. Dr Nguyen goes above and beyond for those sweet babies and so does Dr. Christian! They are amazing people and the nurses are lovely and so welcoming.
My experience at the children’s ark has been great my daughters love going here and I absolutely love the doctors and nurses they really care about their patients The only negative thing I would say is the receptionist at the front desk has a horrible attitude. I came in to get a doctors note day extended for the next day and she was very rude. I waited there for 30 minutes for her to retype the doctors note up that she still didn’t do she just took the note and said OK you can have a seat and that was it 30 minutes past and... read more
