Dr. Nguyen was awesome for our newborn visit! She was so thorough and talked through everything with us to make us feel comfortable! She listened and tried to comfort baby before the exam which showed an extra level of empathy. I’m so impressed! She even obtained and reviewed his hospital records to ensure excellent continuity of care! The staff was so caring. Baby also was enthralled with the murals of the clinic :)
Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice to my son and I, the staff made sure we were comfortable and informed about everything. The interns were extremely nice and knowledgeable as well. Booking was easy and they called to make sure I didn’t have any questions. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
I don’t like change and I was very apprehensive of meeting a new doctor. She didn’t rush us at all. We had just as much time as the children before us. Remember when your kids were sick? Dr. Nguyen was perfect. She listened to myself and my daughter. I had to step out so she could make a safety check . I highly recommend her. She’s approach approachable, listens to my daughter, and my concerns . She has made referrals as needed. I wish she had met us before !
I have been using The Ark Children’s Clinic since I moved to Marion and let me say it’s the best doctor’s office I have been to… BY FAR!!. The current doctor here is Dr.Nguyen and she is AMAZING with the children. Very patient. Listens to your concerns. You can really tell she has a heart for the health and well being of the children that came in and out of her office!! Highly Recommend this clinic to anybody who needs a primary care doctor for their little one!!
Best pediatric office ever! Me and my son absolutely love Christian and the staff. Dr. Mitchell is awesome and he assisted in getting a splinter out of my son's foot.
