We had a pipe burst behind the clothes washer in December and contracted with ******************* Restoration to do the water mitigation and repairs. Terrytown Plumbing came onsite during the repair to do some work. The plumbing behind the wall was up to code when the house was built, but Terrytown wanted to bring it up to current code and submitted a rough estimate. I called terrytown plumbing inquiring about help for my well pump. A woman answered the phone. ***** was I informed that I would be charged for a consultation. I was told that they were extremely busy and unsure if a technician would come to my residence. I called a second time to inquire about meeting a technician. We had Terrytown out to fix a leak in our jet tub that was dripping through our living room ceiling. He did the job and told us how much it cost at the door and we paid him $300.00 on the spot. Next week we try the tub--yep, it still leaks through the ceiling. We call him back out, thinking this is what is known as a "callback" visit. in the last week If you want inferior service and products call Terrytown. Charged us over $8,000 for a $3,500 job. Drain pipes incorrectly aligned, didn’t even finish the job! Totally ripped us off. beware!
