The HVAC tech from Temp-A-Tron just left and he did an absolutely fantastic job. So far everything is running great again after a compressor swap and he took the time to explain to me how, what, and why things did and did not work and also what to look for in the future. I will be calling them again for scheduled maintenance and for whatever reason I need. My Technicians name was Matthew so if you get him I can assure you, your in great and experienced hands. I had Temp-T-Tron come out somewhat last minute this week (as recommended by my dad) and they were incredible! The employee who came out, Jeff, was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He taught me about the HVAC system in my home, gave tips on promoting the longevity of my A/C unit and even how to change my ceiling fan direction to be more efficient. Most of all, I appreciate was how fairly priced they were - you feel taken CARE of, not taken advantage of. I would recommend Temp-A-Tron to anyone!
These folks have been servicing my HVAC system for quite a few years now. Their techs have always been friendly and professional. I recently had them replace my heat pump system and move the air handler location from the attic crawl space to a closet on the second floor. They had to remove the old unit, fabricate new duct work and run new electrical and condensation lines. It was not an easy job. Their techs were on time every day and barely took time to eat lunch. We just needed our HVAC system checked to make sure all was is order. It hadn't been looked at in 2 years. The person on the phone was delightful to understand my needs and get an appointment scheduled within a week. I got a reminder! The technician was prompt and courteous and also a delight to work with. A good balance of professional conversation and working to establish a relationship with us as a future customer (when we will need some type of repair). Highly recommend!
After a "big name" company came out to look at my broken AC, they quoted me $2000 for the repair and the tech couldn't answer even my most basic questions. I was then referred to Temp a Tron by a neighbor. I called and I received the BEST service! They ordered the parts I needed the same day, they set up installation hoping the parts would arrive instead of making me wait until AFTER they were delivered, the install tech was courteous, on time and knowledgeable and they charge a very fair price for parts and installation.
