I've taken classes from Marc on the tax work that he specializes in. He is a leader in his field and clearly knows what he is talking about. Finding someone you can trust implicitly for the kind of representation work Marc does is incredibly important. If the person you hire isn't right on the money with both their knowledge and ethics you can end up in big trouble very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest him to either friends or family in his area that might need help. I know he'd do the best job for them he could.

I got myself into a deep hole with the IRS as the result of the the exercise of stock warrants. The problem was compounded by the loss of jobs and serious health issues for both my wife and me.
