If I could submit zero stars for my mom, I would. Of course the year my parent's tax preparer retires, my dad also passes, leaving my mom to seek out someone new. From the moment her taxes were submitted there were noted errors, and forms needing to be resubmitted. To date, my mom still has not received her taxes, and the IRS is has told her she needs to wait the for the letters to find out why.
