I had a great experience working with David Berman. He was not only kind and professional, but always very responsive to any questions and proactive about keeping me updated on my case. He prepared me well for my IME and fostered a positive working relationship where I felt comfortable to ask any questions or give input about my case. I worked with David Berman for the last two years on my case. I was walked though each step of the process and what to do next. He actually found out my employer wasn’t paying me correctly. Normally any relationship I had with a lawyer they act above you and you feel belittled. This wasn’t the case he made sure to break it down and be-able to ask any questions and not feel invalidated. David responded very fast and makes sure things get done. I would highly recommend him to anyone I talk to.

I had a horrific accident at work 2 years ago. The Talbott Berman law office came highly recommended and I’m glad I decided to work with them. Both Mr. Berman and Mr.Talbott were extremely understanding, respectful and professional. My lawyer Mr.Berman, responded to every one of my countless text messages and phone calls. God forbid your ever in a situation where you need a WC attorney, look no further. These guys are great and made the whole process doable. Thanks Mr.Berman.
