First, I want to say that everyone was very nice and friendly when we came into their office. The person we dealt with explain all the options I had for different hearing aids. She thoroughly explained all the packages from the standard package to the premium package. She listened and answered all my questions regarding each package. Christine Stein was very professional and treated my 93 year old mother with care, humor, respect and professionalism. She explained every step of the exam and answered all my mom's questions. The new office is clean, spacious and the front desk male associate was very pleasant!

the provider, Christine, always assists us with any and all quesions and concerns we have. The new office is super. Very neat and clean. Reception was very nice but a small line.

The new office is spacious and bright. I was seen on time and had an excellent appointment—provider listened and adjusted my hearing aids so that they work even better than before. Receptionist was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Hearing Solutions.
