Except for the long drive from Ithaca to Camillus, We have recieved excellent care, and many hours of help from Dr. Nicole Anzalone. My personal hearing, (Edith Schneider )has been improved and we will be working on Glenn's. We appreciate the friendly help we met with.

First, I want to say that everyone was very nice and friendly when we came into their office. The person we dealt with explain all the options I had for different hearing aids. She thoroughly explained all the packages from the standard package to the premium package. She listened and answered all my questions regarding each package. My second yearly hearing exam showed some increase in hearing loss. The evaluation was complete and the process described to me in detail by the Dr. At age 67 I accept some hearing lass but not the impact on my life. I will proceed with getting hearing aids through this office. This investment in me will help ensure my continued varied and involved life style. The Dr. in this office is exemplary.

I had the pleasure of Meeting with Dr Christine Stein. She is straight forward with information and advise. Her explanation of care and wellness is presented in a way the is understandable and makes sense.

Christine Stein was very professional and treated my 93 year old mother with care, humor, respect and professionalism. She explained every step of the exam and answered all my mom's questions. The new office is clean, spacious and the front desk male associate was very pleasant!
