I was blown over by my first appointment. Mortified that I was fifteen minutes late due to horrendous traffic, I was greeted graciously and with great good humor by Vanessa at the front desk. Audiologist and owner Nicole Anzalone did a thorough checkup, took all questions without being rushed and did a quick, easy fix to one of my aids and updated both quickly, leaving me in better hearing shape. Always had quick and friendly service with my hearing aids. Easy to get appointments and supplies, never had any issues. Overall a great experience.
Dr. Brena Brennan was wonderful! She was patient with my all of my questions, very clear to understand and very informative as well as being kind. She clearly loves her profession and people. I highly recommend her! I went to another place also in Camillus 4 years ago and I'm glad I made the switch and consider her my hearing audiologist from now on. I also love this place is women owned and run. (Men are good too, just need a bit more of this in the world.)
I recently went to Syracuse Hearing and had a hearing evaluation. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Anzalone was excellent, she listened to my issues and advised me as to the best solution for my hearing loss. There was no pressured sales. I went to Syracuse Hearing Solutions because I was not satisfied with the hearing aid provider that I was going to. First off let me say that Dr. Nicole is very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly.
