Terrible service from camillus office, 2 appointments made, both canceled. I get address call on the morning of my appointment that I have waited for 2 months for thay they do not accept united healthcare insurance, despite it being listed on my upcoming provider list, also given insurance info at set up of appointment, and sent paperwork to bring in for my appointment. Took day off work, rearranged schedule for appointment to be paid out of my pocket if I would like. I am beyond upset that I now have to start over and wait ... read more
A very friendly staff, understands the problem and makes an appointment ASAP. Dr. Nicole Anzalone is great to deal with and takes care of any concerns. You are never rushed.
Very thorough. Christine explained everything very carefully and professionally. I enjoyed and felt very confident in her recommendations.
