Excellent experience. My first time there today. Cassie is so sweet, and Christine, the Audiologist, was rock solid. She listened to my list of ear and hearing issues, did a great job cleaning out my ears and the hearing test was quick and easy. Very accommodating and friendly place to be. I’ll be back!!

I visited Syracuse Hearing Solutions to get the rechargeable battery in my left hearing aid replaced. The office scheduled my appointment promptly. Upon arrival, Dr Stein took me in within two minutes of my arrival. Dr Stein is very personable and professional. She confirmed that the battery required replacement and took care of it. But she also made a quick examination of both my ears, checked the functioning of both hearing aids, cleaned them and replaced all the external parts. Syracuse Hearing Solutions is the best. My wife went to schedule an appointment for a wax removal/cleaning. They took her right in as a walk-in. My wife keeps praising the doctor, and staff for how friendly and thorough they are, not to .mention how much better she can hear now. There were only 5 stats, otherwise, I would have given more.

I first went to Dr. Anzalone about 10 years ago for my first set of hearing aids. Everything about the process was perfect. I was completely satisfied and fairly stunned with how much better I could hear, including things I didn't recall hearing in a long time like birds singing and my suddenly loud turn signal in my car. Those aids lasted 8 years, trouble free. Less than 2 years ago I had to replace them with newer, better ones. They have been noticeably clearer, thus better. I have truly enjoyed all of my appointments with Juliet. She is a highly competent young lady with a most pleasant personality, and has efficiently handled all of my hearing issues. I told her that “she walks on water” , and not only in the winter. We have a lot of fun while dealing with serious issues. It is a pleasure to praise Juliet for her outstanding work! gary
