Amazing service. I had an urgent rodent situation. Excelsior had someone over there the next morning. Dan, the technician was amazing. Very professional and thorough. He completed a detailed inspection, serviced and repaired various locations. And explained all of this to my tenants and myself. I have used Excelsior for years, but this one couldn't have been a better experience.
Zack came and did a second treatment for the ants inside and outside. It has been a week on the second treatment and have only seen 3 or 4 ants, so as the weather gets warmer and they eat the poison they will all die off. Great service. I highly recommend them.
Zach was very knowledgeable and personable and answered all questions fired at him. He was here on a follow-up to check the mouse bait stations and found the ones inside hardly touched and the ones outside completely empty. And we haven't seen evidence of mice in the basement since they bait stations were placed. The follow up was part of the quarterly service and so far is well worth the money.
The technicians were very nice, but unfortunately, they were unable to solve our mice problem. They only placed a few bait stations the first visit that were not touched by mice. We had to request more bait stations in areas with high mice activity and traps to be placed during follow up visits. After follow up visits they sealed some holes and gave us suggestions. Excelsior has exceeded our expectations at every turn. We began with a seasonal service to combat bees and summer bugs. Excellent service provided and guaranteed. My folks then had a wasps nest on their entry point nearest the door and both are HIGHLY allergic. I called excelsior and they came and took care of the issue. Now my parents are happy customers.
