We trust the staff and technicians at Excelsior. They have been knowledgeable and extremely responsive. They quickly resolved the issue we had with spiders both inside and outside of our home. They are through and respectful of your home, children, and pets. We have had other pest control companies that would charge additional fees for issues as they would arise, stating it wasn't covered under the contract. The team at Excelsior is exceptional. We had some giant spiders living in our basement when we moved in and they’ve been gone for the last four years since Rich and his staff started treating our property. I am extremely cautious due to having two young children but they have been very transparent and forthcoming about what they use and the safety information associated with it. We have been using Excelsior for about a year and they are fantastic. Very friendly and the customer service is great! Elizabeth is very helpful and the techs are all knowledgeable and thorough. We would recommend them to anyone who needs an exterminator service.
Been a customer for two years now and still happy with the local, quality, and responsive business model. Not many companies send the boss out in the field meeting with their customers, but it’s common at Excelsior and appreciated on the customer end. Rich and his team are the best in business.
We were having an ant problem, but after talking to them, we opted for the full house program. We have all kinds of pests at different times of the year. Tim came out and treated for the ants as well as spiders and mice. He was very knowledgeable and told us what to expect. It's been about 2 weeks now and the ants are nearly gone. They'll be back to follow up as part of the program.
