Had a great experience with Excelsior when we discovered a yellow jacket nest in the ground outside our fence. They were quick to respond and scheduled a visit at their soonest availability (within about 24 hours, of course we found the nest on a weekend!). Tim came out to take care of it and was nice, professional, helpful, and informative. Will definitely use them if/when any other pest issues come up!
Fantastic service received. We had a tech on site less than 2 hours after we placed the initial phone call. He was very knowledgeable about the bees we had, finding more nests during his inspection than we originally knew about. 48 hours after treatment, we didn't see a single bee. Their warranty to come back at no cost for the remainder of the year if bees came back was also very reassuring.
Our experience with Excelsior has been exemplary so far. They’ve responded to concerns promptly, and we’ve had way fewer problems since—which our cat isn’t happy about, but you can’t please everyone.
I’ve been using this company for over a year and they come out every 3 month per our contract, or more if I need them. Rick and Matt have been efficient, thorough and professional! Danielle is also very responsive and flexible when scheduling appointments. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them!
We had a ground bee problem in our yard and since my husband is allergic I wanted to get it taken care of right away. The scheduler I spoke with was lovely and put our house on the calendar for the NEXT DAY! The technican who came to treat our house was very nice. He explained everything prior to treating the area. It was all so easy.
