Surprisingly nice We hadn't been to the Swan Lake Resort in 10 years, so it was a very pleasant surprise to see all the upgrades they have made. Weekend Golf Escape Swan Lake Resort has the friendliest staff east of the Mississippi. It is perfectly located only a few hours from Chicago, and is great for a weekend golf escape. Swan Lake offers multiple options for sleeping accommodations, Villas, Cabins, Cottages and Hotel.
Golf academy package Staff was friendly and helpful. Golf academy was awesome. Golf course was well maintained and good to play. Resort needs some updating in the rooms. Too tired motel-like in the a/c, bathrooms, etc......
Golf The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant with the hotel. The food was good and reasonably priced. We never felt the need to go anywhere else. The golf instructor gave us excellent pointers for improving our swing and thus our scores. Very helpful.
