DO NOT USE THIS PLACE This place is HORRIBLE, my Daughter just got Married here on June 29th, 2014. There was NOTHING setup or done upon OUR arrival, as it was supposed to be, There were MNY mistakes including wrong food, suite for the Bride and Groom not ready. They were told there would be EXTRA charges for Toiletries, Extra Tables and chairs, when THEY...

worst experience EVER I wish I could give your restaurant a -10!!! Its sad that someplace so beautiful can't get their management and staff together! Was very excited to try your new restaurant! Our friends band was playing out there so we figured it was a perfect opportunity. I have NEVER experienced a staff that were so under trained to handle a table...

A resort Dec 14th... Maybe the worst place that has ever been called a resort.. We actually saw a mouse and rooms were not clean.. Just horrific.. We ended up leaving early this Saturday. They also have no security, which shocked us after seeing highly intoxicated individuals roaming the hallways.. Never stay here, ever.. Not clean and NOT safe..

Dickies, which is the Swan Lake Resort recently rehabbed grill is an ok place to eat. There are a number of micro-majors on tap along with a fine beer and wine list for this area of the country....

Total disappointment.... Birthday present gone wrong.... The hotel was not able to book any spa services without a few days notice! Went there specifically for spa/dinner experience! Was given handicapped room with a shower at 4' off the ground and chair to sit in???? Felt like we were the only one's in the hotel and besides one other person, we had the pool to ourselves! Believe the other reviews- this hotel is a 2...
