Excellent value The front desk staff was genuinely very friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little over 20 miles from South Bend which was convenient and a great value for a football weekend!

Beautiful Gardens It is an old hotel and has not been updated. The room was very dusty and pillow cases needed to be replaced. The grounds are beautiful and wonderfully maintened. The staff was very friendly but not so well informed. There fire alarm went off due to a power flicker. Having been to the Spa at Swan Lake a number of times, I recommend a get-away that includes a relaxing massage, facial, and nailcare. If one doesn't think it is affordable, think: "can I afford feeling better and more at peace?" Swan Lakeâ¦
Nice hotel The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. except for the fact that we could hear conversations held by people in the next room I could also hear the baby next door coughing during the night. This may have been because we had a room with an adjoining door to their room, so avoid that situation, if you want a quieter stay. Otherwise, the hotel amenities and staff were very nice.
It was great atmosphere and great rooms for the money. The only thing was that it was a little difficult to find. Off the beaten path. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Thank you.
non-smoking should be available This is the second time I stayed at Swan lake for the Indiana golf age group golf tourney. Both times I booked a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. This time I complained at check-in and was moved to a non-smoking room. If a non-smoking room is not available they should let people know this up front and not when you check-in.
