I would be very leary in any business with Summit Real Estate located in Evansville Indiana. Our dealings were with a man named Andy. He was a property manager of a home located on Red Bank. The home was HUGE, old, and with a little TLC I thought it could be dreams come true. It also came with a 1500 month rent payment. Since our move in date, everything went bad... found black mold behind washer & dryer. Andy reassured me he would "test and remediate" nope, just repaired wall.
