Definitely one of the best storage facilities I’ve used with the best customer service! I had trouble signing up and securing a unit on the webpage so they had me come to the office and helped me every step of the way. Love the fact it’s climate control as well.

Absolutely hands-down the most modern cleanest climate control facility in the entire River Valley. Totally automated were you control it from your smart phone. All access doors and units are Bluetooth equipped locks so you can open it from anywhere with your phone. Just scan QR code on entrance door and lease from your phone. Makes it so easy 24 hour access also.
Even though you have to use the app, the woman who answers the number on the door is super helpful if you have any trouble. She may not pick up right away, but leave a message and she'll call to help. She really went above and beyond to help me get my stuff in storage. Highly recommended.
I use this storage for equipment that can’t fit in my garage. Nice and cool in the summer and they have flat carts so I don’t have to carry it from the back of the facility to my truck. Hometown owned, too!
