Great people very friendly
My mom had her storage with them for literally over 20 years. When she passed I told them I couldn’t continue payments for very much longer and I lived in another state across the country. I was manipulated into filing something out they told me it was for contact info. But really it was so they could report to debt collector. Now I have $2,000 reported AND they auctioned off my mothers belongings. Did nothing to work with me while I was doing everything I could to manage my mothers death (brain cancer) and my husbands death... read more
Not the cheapest but I do like that it is locked. My unit this time has a big oil stain in the center which makes it hard to store as I have to keep everything away from that area. They should clean units better before renting. People who take care of it are nice. My downfall was letting my daughter rent it for me and she didn't inspect.
These guys are incredible!!!! We had a death in the family and they did everything they could to work with us. We don't live in Nevada so we had to wait a little while to pick up our family members belongings, and even while there they went above and beyond to help us. Pedro helped us get a non working vehicle on a dolly so we could bring it home when he didn't have to, but he did and we can't thank him and Tiv enough for all they did for us.
