Worst customer service with no compassion! After Uhaul completely drop the ball on our reservation and having to drive 4 hours out of our way to get our Uhaul, had to go back here 3 times to finally pick our trailer up. If your already stressed with your move do not go here, no help or care for a situation that was already ridiculous because of Uhaul.
I love the ladies in the office. I tied their hands a few times this holiday season so my kiddos could have a little christmas and they helped where they could. I have been a storage unit holder for too many years now and they have always been kind and caring to my needs. If they are giving enough time they will help you out. Thank you
Well I will say this I love the convenience of U-Haul renting a trailer 6x 12 for 40 bucks has helped tremendously while starting our lil homestead. But dealing with this rental location multiple times has been a nightmare. Last time I rented a trailer at closing time. And as I pulled in to-rent furniture dolly following day. Cops pulled in behind me and it turned out due to store all lack of organization they reported the trailer they hooked up stolen. I would give this U-Haul location zero stars if I could. Our experience was awful from the start. The trailer we were given had manure inside, and since we were moving brand new furniture, we had to clean it out ourselves before we could even use it. On top of that, even though we had a reservation, we still waited over an hour past our scheduled pickup time before they finally gave us a trailer.
