So far the owners are great to deal with and accommodating to what works best for you. Update: Still loving this storage unit! The 24-hour access is super convenient, and I appreciate the flexibility to get in and out whenever I need to. Unlike some other 24-hour storage places that claim to be open all hours but seem to forget that not everyone works 9-to-5, this place gets it. I had to move because my landlord wanted to raise my apartment rent of $1650.00!! to way more than I can afford so since I’m disabled, & older with a 17 year old daughter financially unprepared to move in the holiday season, facing possible homelessness I had to take whatever I could get with greedy landlords! The people that work here and own the place are just absolutely awful I forgot the people who helped me. They were two ladies, one of which was the owner What happened was when I was 21ish I went there to rent a storage and they were just being completely rude to me and not treating me like everybody else and by that I mean they were trying to have me repeat back the rules to them and I'm sure they haven't made anyone else do that. If I could give more then 5 stars I would! This place is great!! Affordable units, friendly staff who always go above and beyond to help you out however needed. The units and office are clean and tidy. Will definitely come back here if I ever need a storage unit again in the future. Thank you guys! You're awesome!
Jenn and Brian at Stor-all Dayton. They are simply the greatest the storage sheds are clean Spacey and the office is the cleanest of any office I've ever seen. Very affordable of any storage I've ever rented. They stay in touch with you at all costs. Very very organized. Very good people
