My daughter passed away very unexpectedly in May 2025. I had no clue how to plan a funeral or any of the details that entailed with it. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to educate me, as well and make it as seamless as possible. Trevor, Jenny, and Arnie specifically were wonderful to work with. Trevor and his staff helped me so much during a very difficult time with my husband passing. They were compassionate, respectful and kind. I couldn't have got through it without their help. I highly recommend them to help you with your loved one.

My brother passed away 5 weeks ago today. I worked with Arnie to have everything set up prior to Jimmy's death. He was so accommodating and helpful. Our family is so grateful for the home, and the Cremation Society of Wisconsin. They treated us with so much respect and genuine concern. They appreciate their customers. We can't thank them enough.

I meet with Randy and they took a copy of my son's picture. That friday they called and asked if I wanted a picture with the obit. They had misplaced his picture. The next wed I called and asked why his obit was not in the papers and they checked. The order had not been put in, someone dropped the ball. Sorry!!! This is routine things for them to do.
