While I do find Steve and Morgan helpful, State Farm as a company is absolutely horrendous! Our basement had a flood in July… JULY! The remediation company came in and dried it out. We waited for about 6-8 weeks to receive a check to pay them. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, mold has grown again. They are trying to say that it is because we didn’t have the asbestos removed… with the money they didn’t send us until recently.
