Excellent service from the business from two of their technicians, they were very knowledgeable and worked quickly to solve issues with my furnace and not too heavy on the wallet, highly recommend.
My AC unit went out on a Thursday, and by the time I realized it, it was after shop hours (which I didn't realize). I called the number, and left a message, expecting to be called back the next morning. I got a call back, not 20 minutes later, and the guy I spoke to was very nice and offered to send someone out that night. We have had standard as our heating and air service for 11 years now. We had a service call today and as always Vic did a amazing job. we always get great service and great prices thank you
I couldn't be happier with Standard. They are our "go to" place for heating and air conditioning. We had a storm and it caused issues with our air conditioning. They came out the SAME DAY and Dan knew right off what was wrong. It was fixed it about 5 minutes but he stuck around 10 more minutes or so, to make sure things were okay. We have had them out to our businesses too for cleaning and what not. They are so pleasant when I call and the techs really know their stuff. Highly recommend!
My a/c went out during the hottest week of the summer and they were able to help me right away. The problem was quickly located and the part was replaced within minutes. The HVAC technician, Roy, who assisted me was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Roy took the time to explain to me what broke and common issues that I can look for going forward. Will be using Standard again for any heating and cooling services!
