Outstanding staff, quality work, and exceptional attention to detail. I needed to have my older HVAC system updated to a newer larger unit and the crew at Stallings was very helpful. I used Stallings to transition my hot water heater from an indoor electric system to an outdoor mounted gas system. I'm very pleased with the work performed and the equipment installed for both jobs performed. I would highly recommend Stallings Plumbing, Heating & A/C to anyone.

This company has had the absolute best customer service and their work and work ethic is awesome. We bought a home in Kinston in August, 2024 and we have had two major under the house plumbing issues. In both cases, they were responsive and were able to get to us within a short amount of time and get things working. A shout out to Mike and Steven for their hard work and Sara for ensuring we could get help quickly. There was one other guy with them, but we didn't get his name. You guys rock!!

Destroyed my 80 year old uncle’s bathroom! He had a leak and called to have it checked out. When the plumbers came out they started jumping on the soft floor and completely broke 3 of the joists, then had the audacity to send him a $200 bill! MASSIVE MISTAKE calling these guys out!

They did a great job at our work yesterday. We needed a new AC system for our server room and they got everything ordered delivered and installed. Cleaned up and restarted in less than a week. Very satisfied with the process from start to finish from office staff to all the installers. Thank you. Neil Medical Group.

I’ve used stallings for my annual hvac service for years but recently had a plumbing emergency that needed to be repaired asap. One phone call and the issue was diagnosed, quoted, and fixed. Amazing people to work with.
