Took my son here for a physical very understanding of his condition since he does have a disability. Nice staff and explained to him the procedures that were being done. Compared to other north shore clinics who wasn’t knowledgeable about albinos this the best location thanks for the great service.
The PTS Employee Clinic is such an excellent resource to have! So thankful for Sara Berry and the staff that work with her. They've been able to accommodate my husband and I for same-day appointments (in-person and telehealth).
I was treated with great respect, and concern towards my medical issue. I am thankful for having such a great, thoughtful physician assistant!!! Everyone there was awesome, and attentive.
I give it a two. Only bc they are great with my kids, but won’t help an adult unless they are visibly dying in front of them. Adult care is horrid. If you are in pain, your pain doesn’t matter. They won’t even give you sleeping meds to sleep through it. They don’t care. If you are prescribed antibiotics they will not care or check that you can actually gain access to them. If you go back and tell them that you can’t gain access to the only care they gave you, they will ask you what do you expect the doctor to do about it. T... read more
