St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church was established in 1912 as a mission of All Saints Parish in Flint with 100 families, some of whom migrated from Czechoslovakia or were of Moravian, Slovakian, Bohemian or Hungarian descent. Many had come to Swartz Creek as farm laborers. Some, later on, purchased the farms on which they had worked.

For traditional Catholic Mass and convenience. Congregation is so friendly.
Very friendly parish. Excellent Pastor.
We love coming to St. Mary's! The church is very welcoming and warm. We recently did our marriage preparation through them and it was a great experience. When we moved here, we felt lucky to find such a wonderful church!
Medium sized catholic church. Enjoyed the organist and his Ave Maria solo. Beautifully decorated with flowers for may and the celebration of Mary.
This Church is my home. I love the opportunities for devotions to Our Lord. This includes Tuesday evening Perpetual Help, Rosary, Holy Mass, Adoration, Benediction and confession. And all day adoration on Fridays. Fr. Louis is very much a part of our parish community. He is a kind and generous priest.
