I appreciate the staff that took care of me. They were all very gentle and kind. Any anxiety I had going in, was taken away by the way I was treated. Recommend 100%!
Great place at first, but every time I went in for an appointment there was always a remaining balance on my bill, or that I had overpaid. I just got a letter in the mail from a debt collector stating that I still owe $168.10 from my last bill that I had already paid plus an additional 35 dollar fee.. I went up to springer dental today and they claim that they had sent 3 letters in mail regarding the balance. I did not receive any bill in the mail. I went in for my dentures needing an adjustment and they came from somewhere else . They fixed it and made a world of difference. Thank you Dr. WEBB and Staff. So nice.
