I had such a great experience from the minute I walked in the door! The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and kind. I went in for a new patient exam and was able to schedule my wisdom teeth removal as well! Dr. Springer was friendly and helped me feel more comfortable about getting my wisdom teeth removed.
I was supposed to have a root canal at an endodontist. Instead, I found out that the tooth was broken and I needed to have it removed. Springer Dental was able to get me in on the same day. I was very nervous and in a lot of pain but Dr Springer and his staff made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the gentle care they provided. Thank you to the whole staff.
Hygienists and dentists are great! Office staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is very modern. They’re also very good at easing my anxiety about dental visits. Highly recommend!
My very first appointment & very long. I was warned ahead, but it was so many details that I have never had before. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and I did not feel comfortable. Than I find out I need to have a crown removed which I am sure I paid a good deal for, to have a cavity taken care of & another crown put on. This was a lot to absorb for a first appointment!
My son had to get a root canal done and despite his 19 years of age he is deathly scared of needles. The staff worked with us for months to schedule him for his appointment being very sensitive to his need. Because of the intense pain and waiting too long, we had to get him in sooner. They were able to get him in the next day without some of the meds we were going to use. He told me later he didn’t even feel the needle!
