I would like to start off with Jeanette being very welcoming and helpful. Stephanie, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and made the entire experience enjoyable. Marina also played a key role in making the process smooth and efficient. I will definitely recommend this dental office to others.
I had a crown come off and come to find out the tooth was split. Dr Patel was booked up and didn’t have time to extract it but she called their other offices and got me in the same day. Dr Springer did it in their Concord office. Everyone was very nice the extraction went great. Thank you to everyone at Springer Dental for making this all happen the same day. I would highly recommend them.
Always great an experience, Stephanie is the best Hygenist in all of Elkhart. Dr. Troy Springer is pretty awesome too. Stephanie is the real star of the show though. 👍🏼
One of the young men that we have been helping from Teen Challenge came to you today with a tooth that needed to be pulled. The doctor pulled the tooth and also one of his wisdom teeth that would bother him in the future if it were not taken out now. You charged nothing for the work that you did today because you knew he was in rehab and had no resources to pay for it. I can't tell you how thankful I am for people like you and your kindness. Dr. Springer is the BEST! He's always kind, knows what he's doing, and remembers details about myself and our family! I've always had a great experience with the hygienists, too! I highly recommend them!
