Excellent work, done quickly, superb clean up when done. Kept me well informed about progress during the day. Found one problem in existing decking and corrected it very quickly, did not delay completion at all. Highly recommend them for any roofing job you need done.
We were so happy with their roof replacement. They did a great job and they were on time. John gave us good advice and a very reasonable quote. They actually have someone in the office to answer the phone and she was very good in communicating when they would replace the roof. We will definitely use them again if we need any more work done.
Working with Spring Valley was a good experience from start to finish. The initial quote was accurate, questions were answered promptly, they worked directly with our insurance company and the installers were professional. Andy goes the extra mile to make clients happy and Crystal (front office) was SO knowledgeable, helpful & patient! I would use this company again!
Absolutely amazing. We had someone over very quick to give an estimate. John was great and very friendly. Customer service is huge in my book. If I don't have friendly people, they don't get my business. John was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing, and that made us very comfortable. Although it can be scary trusting a company with a big home improvement project like roof replacement, Spring Valley Roofing did an amazing job and were able to put my mind at ease during the whole process. This wasn't a cut and dry job of replacing the shingles. There were problems with the roof line on my house which added more complicated repairs.
