This is long overdue but since I moved to the area I was taking my tonkinese Cleo to Spring Mill Vet for over 2 years. During that time, Cleo’s health was starting to decline as she was getting older. She was under the excellent care of Dr. Caskey and all the vet techs during that whole time who always gave the best care to her. She always kept Cleo’s best interest at heart and was always very honest and trust worthy. We had a great experience today at our first visit with our new puppy! The whole staff from the girls at the front, our tech Sarah, and Dr. Caskey were wonderful! We had to establish at a new office after our long time vet moved out of state. We really were hoping to find a good fit for us and our new Dane and I think we will be in great hands here! We love everything about and everyone at Spring Mill Vet. We made the switch to Spring Mill after our cat’s first pancreatitis flare up and after being in the ER for 2 nights. We switched to Spring Mill, where she has been extremely well cared for ever since. The team is always available to talk to us and has helped guide us through our cat’s care for the last nearly 2 years. Dr. Healy took excellent care of my cat, Betsy. She was very clear about fees and exactly what was going to need to be done, calling me during surgery to give me the details of her dental work needed. She was very careful not to add additional fees that were not necessary. The exam rooms are very clean and the ladies at the front desk very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this vet!
We have been going to Spring Mill Vet since they opened a few years ago and have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. Our 3 year old pug started having seizures last spring and Dr Caskey was great with explaining what was going on, calming us, and getting him on the right medications. One year later he is still seizure free.
