This is long overdue but since I moved to the area I was taking my tonkinese Cleo to Spring Mill Vet for over 2 years. During that time, Cleo’s health was starting to decline as she was getting older. She was under the excellent care of Dr. Caskey and all the vet techs during that whole time who always gave the best care to her. She always kept Cleo’s best interest at heart and was always very honest and trust worthy. I really can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for finding this vet hospital. I have been a conshohocken resident for over 25 years & I have always used the same vet for my personal dogs and all my pet care clients. I unfortunately had an emergency yesterday with my own dog and my normal vet could not see us. As a personal choice & if an option even in an emergency I will always try & go to a normal vet over an emergency vet as they can be unreliable. From the moment I found spring mill vet, they’ve been amazing. We found a stray cat and I was trying to coordinate an appointment with them and they were so flexible and patient with me while I tried to figure out our next steps with the cat. We ended up getting the cat over to them and Dr. Sheffer and Violet were awesome! So caring, knowledgeable and willing to help. Dr. Healy took excellent care of my cat, Betsy. She was very clear about fees and exactly what was going to need to be done, calling me during surgery to give me the details of her dental work needed. She was very careful not to add additional fees that were not necessary. The exam rooms are very clean and the ladies at the front desk very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this vet!
We love everything about and everyone at Spring Mill Vet. We made the switch to Spring Mill after our cat’s first pancreatitis flare up and after being in the ER for 2 nights. We switched to Spring Mill, where she has been extremely well cared for ever since.
