Very responsive with all work orders if having a problem with anything in apartment, and very friendly management team. Quiet and pet friendly, with responsible residents because of good background checks. Upgraded appliances and many amenities.
The blind that they was not the right size. They several things but did not work. They left and brought another blind that did fit correctly.
We like the apartment we chose. It has a lot of natural light and open space. There is a very poor insulation in between the levels, we come to discover and a very neurotic neighbor that runs across the floors like it is a horse track. Also the garages are on the north side in our building and disabled people have to go all around the building to the south entrance if they want to bring grosseries home using the wagon or use the motorise scooter due to mobility issues. Start out saying very beautiful well built apartments! All repair requests were handled and completed at no later than the next day! (Doesn't get any better than that!). The furnace has been a challenged, but Dave was right on top of it following through. Contacting Waterbury and they came out a couple times finally got heat. But furnace was short cycling. Dave was right on top of it and got Waterbury out again and they found it was a matter of programming, we hope, warm day out so may not be able to test it. Ethan will ch... read more
