I called the office to get some information about Spring Creek. I had the pleasure of speaking with Trey who provided excellent customer service over the phone. I set up an appointment to visit the community on Saturday. We have only lived here for 4 months, but love it so far! Excellent security. Very clean and well maintained inside and outside. Friendly staff and residents! Maintenance on site and are awesome! They take care of any issues promptly and are quick to clean parking lot of snow. Nice quiet area.
I moved in during summer of 2023, and Spring Creek has been a fantastic place to live for me. I have a 1 bed and 1 bath and I am really happy with my apartment, I feel it is roomy and the color scheme of the walls and interior gives it home-y feel. I use the Grand-room alot and it has always been clean and welcoming and great place to work/study. Just getting settled and we are so amazed with this property. The staff are all very friendly, polite, and professional. It has been many years since my husband and I rented and the staff made the transition very easy for us. The property itself is new and very well designed. The apartment has an open airy concept with natural lighting, high-end appliances, heated underground parking and a very well designed and stocked Pet Wash area! Two years at Spring Creek and I really loved it here. The apartments are beautiful and cozy. I had a 1 bedroom corner unit that was surprisingly spacious with plenty of storage, and a beautiful view. The area & tenants have been quiet and respectful. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff (not to mention the hundreds of packages they handed off to me!) as well as quick & efficient maintenance with any issues.
