I moved in during summer of 2023, and Spring Creek has been a fantastic place to live for me. I have a 1 bed and 1 bath and I am really happy with my apartment, I feel it is roomy and the color scheme of the walls and interior gives it home-y feel. I use the Grand-room alot and it has always been clean and welcoming and great place to work/study. Great facility. Helpful workers and beautiful apartments. So glad they have an underground parking area. I travel for work so my car gets left home for months at a time so it's nice that it doesn't just sit in the sun while I'm gone ☺️
Not one to usually leave reviews but there are some changes needed at this complex. 1) I had my car broken into and things stolen from it, I had to file a police report. 2) Good luck getting your security deposit back. They'll charge outrageous fees for "cleaning" and be sure you don't get the full deposit back. 3) The complex frequently smells like smoke. These things are non-negotiable for me. Overall all it was a good first time renting experience!! The apartments here are simply gorgeous I felt like I was living my best life. Staff here (Logan & Tiffany) were great and always were super nice with making accommodations for all of my packages 📦. All of the people I met here were sooo nice as well. I didnt feel unsafe. I like that you need a key to get in to a lot of the areas!! We LOVE Spring Creek Luxury Living. Our apartment is built beautifully, and everything is high quality. The double-wall insulation is real, and our place is so quiet. I never hear neighbors, yelling, barking, or anything. The entire property is well maintained, and kept very clean. All of the staff is exceptional, too: Logan, Stacia, and Ethan all are welcoming, warm, and helpful. My maintenance requests are always resolved quickly.
