The install guys were great, professional and courteous. Always on time, communicated well and very helpful if ask questions. We are so pleased with our new HVAC unit!
My go-to HVAC team for over twenty years! They have always taken the extra step to ensure installs and services are done correctly. More than once they have saved me money by researching warranty limits and getting me the best deal on parts and labor. Cameron was our tech for this last service and he was excellent - going above and beyond to fit repairs into a tight budget while taking the time to demonstrate what parts were out of service tolerance. I recommend Southern to all of my friends moving into the area!
My service tech was very good. He informed me of issues and made good suggestions. He was up front and honest. I trust this company to be responsive when the needed parts come in to replace them in a timely manner.
Semi-annual HVAC service was performed and as usual service personnel was prompt and professional. No issues noted this time but in the past when have had error codes problem was diagnosed quickly and unit repaired. Wouldn't hesitate to call SH&C anythime.
The customer service was exceptional, As they kept me updated through the entire process. I had questions about the different brands of equipment and they responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with southern heating and cooling was outstanding.
