Immediately answered our emergency need when 3 other companies never bothered to call us back after 3 days. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and I felt confident with his advice on our system. He advised me against additional work I inquired about instead of trying to upsell me on work I didn't need. They will be my go-to company for repair and the first place I will turn to when I need a replacement.
The technician done an amazing job and it was a simple fix🙌🏻 I enjoyed him very much and he answered some questions I had very well I appreciate yall to no end! Very worth my time and money and they even gave me options if I had to replace my unit!!! I’m so very thankful for these wonderful people!!
We went through the process of bidding two hvac units and found Southern competitive even though they sell Trane they had very good pricing. Then the installation was flawless. Last but not least is the Difference Trane made after only two days. Every employee has there head in the game, not something you find these days
Tech was very knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 seconds after opening the blower unit. He was also very friendly and had great customer relations skills. Thanks also for the fast response
