I've been using these guys for several years now and I had them come out today to check my unit.. Tres was the Technician and he did everything with a professional attitude and was very thorough in his work.. cleaning the coils in the air return unit as well as unclogging the drain line.. he's a an asset to this company and I couldn't have asked for a better technician.. others have been here and not one of them did what he did.. great work.. he was the best..

There is no better place to call than Southern Heating & Cooling if you need any kind of AC work done! I literally called them last minute because our AC wasn't working and I spoke to Scarlett on the phone she was sooo kind and very caring about our situation so she called one of the guys and he was able to come out today literally an hour after calling Tyler was sent out to our home and he was the best customer service I have ever received from an AC company period. Southern employees are professional and respectful. Dustin is especially pleasant and polite and goes above and beyond to finish his work and keep us informed. Definitely recommend this company.

Called on Sunday morning, & my unit was fixed within two hours from the time I left a message. I expected to pay an insane amount for a Sunday call. However, for the call, the part, & labor, I only paid $370. Very quick and professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend Southern.

Dustin was very nice and professional and had my air going in under 30 minutes. He also found a potentially dangerous problem with our unit and offered to send someone out with a free quote for replacing our 1999 unit. Lisa called several times to to keep me informed of a slight delay. I'm very pleased with this company and recommend them for your AC service.
