⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with this heating and air company! They came out quickly and replaced my unit in a very timely manner. The owner, Kevin, was professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The technician, Jake, was also extremely professional and so sweet ❤️he explained everything clearly and did an excellent job. I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done right!
Called them to see if they could take a look at my unit, since I recently purchased the home. They went above and beyond while at my house. Truly the best! I not only trust the service they provide but I know that I will always get timely communication and services. Southern Care Heating & Air leave our home clean and problem fixed. I have lived in the area (Ballentine) for 25 years. We used other company’s before and found them expensive, and tried to talk us into other things. I was so happy with the service and explanations I received from this company I would highly recommend them. The price is reasonable, they show up on time ( big deal ) Don’t wait until you have problems, get your units maintained. They offer a great deal for yearly maintenance.
Great experience with Southern Heating & Air, first in quickly arriving and fixing a problem that had caused my AC system to stop working on one of the hottest days so far this summer and then also by discovering and fixing problems that were missed by another company who had just been out to do AC service maintenance within the past two months!
