I have lived in the area (Ballentine) for 25 years. We used other company’s before and found them expensive, and tried to talk us into other things. I was so happy with the service and explanations I received from this company I would highly recommend them. The price is reasonable, they show up on time ( big deal ) Don’t wait until you have problems, get your units maintained. They offer a great deal for yearly maintenance.
Great experience with Southern Heating & Air, first in quickly arriving and fixing a problem that had caused my AC system to stop working on one of the hottest days so far this summer and then also by discovering and fixing problems that were missed by another company who had just been out to do AC service maintenance within the past two months! Very quick response on service call. At my request, service tech gave me quote for repair to present system, plus two options for upgrade/replacement. My wife & I elected to go with the premium upgrade/replacement option, and that is scheduled for this coming Friday. Server ce tech was very courteous, well informed, & professional at all times.
