It was a pleasure working with SOS, Joe was professional, great with communication, and got back to us immediately with any questions throughout the whole process. The price was great, we had full tear out, re-decking, and new shingles. The roofing crew was AMAZING! Amazing may be an understatement, actually! They were like a well oiled machine, I've never seen anything like it! Allen was kind and friendly, and thorough! They left everything perfect and tidy! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

SOS is a horrible company with no morals what so ever! I bought a house in January 2023 and one of the big selling points for me was that the roof had been replaced the previous summer. After my first winter here the shingles in both valleys appeared to be buckled. Not long after I had two large stains on the ceiling of my house in different rooms due to leaks caused by the poor workmanship of the roof install. SOS Roofing did a metal roofing job in our house in 2023. I am not typically one to post negative reviews, but I recently saw their signage posted in town and it dawned on me that I forgot to submit a review post-installation. While it seems more recent reviews are overwhelmingly positive, unfortunately, our experience with SOS was nothing short of a nightmare. Unfortunately I had to give only one star. SOS came out and looked at my roof, told me what needed to be done and said I would have an estimate the next day, which was a Saturday. I didn’t receive an estimate, a call, nothing. So I called them on Monday and let them know I was waiting for an estimate. She said she would contact the guy who came out and I would have it that day. Still nothing. Guess they don’t need the business. Extremely disappointed since they were highly recommended.
