SoS was quick to get back to me and schedule an estimate. Quick to do the whole job really. The entire process happened faster than I had even hoped for. Great company, exceptional work. Very fair prices. They replaced my whole roof including the new plywood beneath at a very fair price. They were fast ,always on time and cleaned up all construction debris. You can't go wrong choosing this company. We are so happy with our new roof.

After my initial call to get an estimate, I've called them twice over the course of nearly a month reminding them I'm still waiting for an estimate. They simply don't get back to customers. *Edit* Yes after two more calls after my initial request (they forgot about me, then forgot about me a 2nd time), and a month later (after I posted my review), they did give me a quote. SOS replaced my roof last summer. The entire staff was great to work with from start to finish. The sales rep responded to me quickly and met with me in-person to provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew worked efficiently; I was amazed at how quickly they completed the project. They replaced the decking material that was damaged and installed high-quality underlayment's to properly protect my roof.
