Solar Energy Systems installed my system the end of January 2023. In the past 17 months they have been both responsive when I had questions and proactive when the system notified them of an issue (I stopped my wifi for 3 months when I was going to be away for most of 3 months). All info was available once the wifi was on again. The system has performed as well as or better than I was told to expect. Im very satisfied.

We have a 2.5 year old solar pool system installed by this company. My pool guy discovered a bad actuator and some leaks. We reached out to the company. Although the actuator was no longer under warrantee, technicians were sent out to replace it and repair the leaks. The technicians came out and addressed the issues, however, the new actuator had a bad plug. To resolve the matter expeditiously, the owner Bob himself came out on a Saturday to replace the plug.
