I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences at Smiles by Dr. Ashley Ulmer. From the moment I walk in, Sarah at the front desk is incredibly welcoming and professional—she always greets me with a smile and a genuine conversation that instantly puts me at ease. I have been going to Dr. Ulmer for about 5 years. I really love the staff and Dr. Ulmer. They treat everyone who comes to their office very well. It's never stressful, and they are always adding ways to make everyone more comfortable. Like heated blankets while they work on your teeth. I just feel spoiled when I leave there with clean teeth. Update 9 Feb 2026 Still the only place I will go to have my teeth taken care of. Went in today for another cleaning. Walked out feeling spoiled as always.
Dr. Ashley is an incredible dentist. She is so attentive and always remembers the little details about my life, which makes every visit feel personal and comforting. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to give thoughtful and helpful recommendations. On top of that, she’s always on top of her game—professional, efficient, and excellent at what she does. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend her and the entire team!
I recommend this dental office to friends because I deal consistently with the owner Dr Ullmer and same hygenist and receptionist. They’re great. It never feels like I’m on the assembly line. Dr Ullmer has an office dog which adds a very personal touch. I will never go to any dental office owned by a private equity firm driven by making the most profit it can from each patient !!
