I had an appointment today and just wanted to say how great my experience was. Dr. Michael was, as always, incredibly kind and professional. He really takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone on his team was wonderful — Jin and Jonathan at the front desk were so welcoming and efficient, and Julie keeps everything running so smoothly behind the scenes. I’ve been going to Smile Design Studio for 5 years and I’ve always had a great experience. Dr. Willis is my dentist and she’s amazing. I went to her on the recommendation of a colleague and I don’t regret it. The first time I saw her, she made me feel so at ease and every experience since the first has been superb. As part of my treatment, I had to get an implant and Dr. Michael did an amazing job. Back in February, I went in for a denture consult and after X-rays and scans were taken Dr. Michael Wright came in and discussed the dentures with me along with what I took to be his preferred implant service. While he clearly works with dentures as advertised on the website, I noted he spoke about them very negatively. Saying things like most people get them and don't like them and there is no refunds.
