Went in for a cleaning. Staff refused to clean stating I need a more in depth one and it would require more time than what they had allotted for. I asked if they would give me a general clean and I’ll schedule the more in depth one at a later date but they still refused. When I asked why, they could not explain .I was pleading with them for just a basic cleaning but to no avail. Staff are always helpful caring, and very professional. Facility is always sparkling cleans as well. Dr. Ezell takes time to answer questions I may have regarding issues or upcoming treatment I may need. Excellence at its best!!
The office staff is very kind and simply the best! I don’t think I’ve ever had a more thorough teeth cleaning. Dr. Ezell is very knowledgeable and super efficient. Highly recommend this office for all your dentistry needs.
Today was my first visit. I was greeted with smiles and taken right back. I was treated with upmost care from the dental assistant and Dr. Ezell. They both put me at ease. Staff just great! Wonderful overall experience!!!
This is the best dental office. The front desk staff, hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. Ezell are all friendly and professional. They do a great job with our kiddo and it’s always a positive experience. I recommend this team to anyone looking for family dental care.
