I met Melissa and Billy at the Boca Chamber Business Expo Show. They did a great job explaining all the services that Smart Homes has to offer. I need some work done in my house and was interested in a ring doorbell, cameras and a smart thermostat. Melissa called me a day after the show and followed up with me and she scheduled a walk through survey with her team. A lead technician came out and gave me a quote for all the work I wanted done. Today, Project Manager Billy Simms arrived on time to service 1 desk-top and 1 laptop computer. He did an excellent job, and both pc's are working like new! I was very pleased that I did not have to take both pc's to a shop, leave them for a few days and return to pick them up! I did not have to worry that my personal information could be compromised.
