Everything was smooth and effortless on my part. Inspection was done on short notice, very thorough, very professional. Paperwork was detailed and easy for me to understand. Inspector took time to explain everything and made sure I understood. Would recommend them and choose them again if needed.
I had Luke and Alan for my inspectors. Showed up on time which was much appreciated. I think Alan was in training. Luke did an amazing job going through the house, pointing out things to look for and explaining different areas to be aware of to Alan. Both guys were great. At the end of the inspection Luke went over everything he found and made sure I understood the situation. Answered all my questions. Very pleasant demeanor. SLS was referred to me by a friend, I would definitely refer them to others.
