Luke did a very good inspection of a new home I was considering. He pointed out several items that need attention before purchasing and helped me decide that this home was not for me. I would hire him again for any home purchase.
Inspectors covered every aspect of the house and were very knowledgeable. They addressed all of my concerns and were very respectful. They sat down with me and explained everything they found. I opted for a mold testing too, which increased the price, but having spent the money to find things I didn't even know were wrong made it worth the price. It will help me negotiate the cost of the home I'm trying to purchase. So it was money well spent in my opinion.
