The family and I picked up roller skating in the past six months and I have always been trying out new locations around the CSRA area, and I have unfortunately tried this one (nice looking skating floor but with a couple of notes). My girls and I are new to the CSRA and always loved roller skating. Skateland of Augusta was a great time! Staff was super helpful from the front door, skate rental station and concessions. The DJ was great as well. We didn’t want to get off the floor for breaks. Didn’t give it a 5 just because the facilities need some updates but we will be back!
I really love going to skateland and I have been going there for 4+ years! Every time I have gone to skateland I have always had fun! They have great affordable prices for food, snacks, drinks, and the tickets to get in! I have had no problems with skateland so far. I would really recommend people to bring friends or family out to skateland! It is a brightly lit, fun, and lively skating rink! P.S Skateland I would really like if you would add more of the newest songs to the playlist!
Spoke with general manager on the phone 15 minutes prior to visiting asking if I could come skate. Came there and was told I couldn’t because of what time it was. I just don’t understand why a lie occurred. That was unnecessary af. It’s New Years. She could’ve said yeah you can come, but you need to be here within the next 5 minutes or just don’t come at all.
We had a birthday party with the hot dogs.The hot dogs were white. The buns were warm but the hot dog was cold.They didn’t taste good every one took a bite and threw them away. The manager said they could replace them but they still wasn’t good.She said that there wasn’t any thing she could do about the brand of hot dogs they use. We also didn’t get the ice cream that was supposed be included in the package. I don’t feel like it wasn’t worth the money they charged.
