We had a birthday party with the hot dogs.The hot dogs were white. The buns were warm but the hot dog was cold.They didn’t taste good every one took a bite and threw them away. The manager said they could replace them but they still wasn’t good.She said that there wasn’t any thing she could do about the brand of hot dogs they use. We also didn’t get the ice cream that was supposed be included in the package. I don’t feel like it wasn’t worth the money they charged.
The family and I picked up roller skating in the past six months and I have always been trying out new locations around the CSRA area, and I have unfortunately tried this one (nice looking skating floor but with a couple of notes). We had my daughters birthday party here recently and it was a pleasant easy experience from beginning to end and the price was very reasonable for what we received. I was able to reserve the party online and then when I ended up needing to change the time they were thankfully able to accommodate it. The gals at the check in desk were efficient. Love going. Just hate the higher price for Friday and Saturday. Wish they could put new and longer strings on their skates. Also have more than one person at check out for food. Always a long line to wait for food or drinks. They do a great job of keeping in clean inside and outside.
We have been going here for a while now, and I think it is a great place. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the rental skates sometimes pull a bit to the opposite side and you can not skate in a straight line. Most workers are great and have a smile on their face, but there are a handful that are either careless on the skate floor or look like they just don't want to be there.
