Repeated calls to them. There is no one to answer the phone and left numerous messages. Finally got a call from Kevin in surveying and we stated we needed re-marking of the lot we have purchased. He quoted approx. $500. We gave him the verbal approval and then have heard nothing for the past 4 weeks. I placed 2 more calls to him last week on Tuesday and Thursday without a response. I engaged this company to complete a survey for the sale of my business in 2017. They missed several promised deadlines and failed to respond to requests for a solid delivery date or progress. Topsham Housing Authority recently worked with Sitelines to obtain the necessary permitting for 38 new residential dwelling units. It was a pleasure working with them and their team and we were successful in obtaining the permits. I worked with Sitelines for over a year to aquire permits to construct two very large commercial buildings in two different towns. One in Freeport and one In Brunswick. A portion of the property in Brunswick was in a resource protection zone, which made the permitting process even more challenging.
