Arrived to get consultation about a store sign, I had brought my sketch and info. Got attended and they asked if they could keep the sketch so the designer could take a look, and then they'd contact me within 2-3 days with quotes, etc. 5 days go by with no word, I call, they say they haven't gotten to it yet, that they will in the next 2 days.
