I have been shopping at Sierra Lilly for 20+ years. And I have to tell you every experience I have had has been nothing but Fabulous! All the staff are wonderful. This morning I had a telephone conversation with Beth in regards to a product that I purchased there. She was so helpful and so kind. And I think that says a lot about the store and the staff because as you know, people are not very kind these days. if you haven’t been there yet get there!

They have the nicest things ! I love that store ! I will never go back though ! This is the third time that I was there that old lady who works there with the thick coke bottle glasses has followed me around the entire store! I did not bring my pocketbook or anything in there with me but my debit card in my pocket because of her ! Every time I went to look at something she was right behind me !! I love, love, love this place. Kelly is hands down the sweetest person on the planet. Beth has incredible taste and is funny as can be. Kristin is such an easy person to talk to and very helpful when you need a gift idea. Coryn is a friendly face and cares deeply about making the store look its best. I was told by the seller when I emailed him that this was a new item. It had 3 little posts that the lids sits on. 2 of the 3 are broken off completely. It is also scratched on the top. It also had a sticky residue on the bottom from a price sticker. It has chips inside the rim of the bottom piece. It is definitely used.
