Manny and Lucas we on time and ready to help solve the lighting issue i was having. I did the web scroll when looking for a contractor and shocking difference stood out local, family owned And great reviews. The process was simple Manny explained everything along the way and what it would cost. Once the country inspector signed off the job was done and done right. I made payment and even got a senior discount. Thank you!
Zeb was incredibly helpful, quick, and had great customer service. Shocking Difference has their estimate costs up front which was great, i didn't feel blindsided by the price point at the end of the fix and install for new outlets. he also provided detailed estimates for other potential fixes in my house. thank you Zeb and team! glad my house won't be catching fire from a melted outlet wire :-)
Second service provided by Shocking Difference. Jared arrived and was knowledgeable and was able to convey his expertise and help me decide on what would be best for my needs. Service ended up with multiple employees at the house and all were wonderful and polite. Super happy I have found a reliable, helpful and experienced company.
They were super fast at responding to my request. Jared came out the next day and completed the job. He was very thorough & easy to work with.
