We did an electrical upgrade to our house with Shocking Difference. It was a big job and a lot of work. They did an excellent job, as they always do. They pulled all of the permits and managed the project. They gave us an estimate and adjusted accordingly at the end. They are honest hard working people that do the work right the first time. The initial visit was to assess the needs to upgrade our 40 year old electrical system to code, add a few outside outlets and to replace and enlarge the electrical panel. SD (Jacob, lead electrician) spent 3 hours assessing our needs, answering our questions and formulating a very detailed estimate with options….sort of a menu from which we could select the work to be done. Great service from Shocking Difference. I was surprised on how quickly they were able to schedule the repair. Our backup generator failed with an "Over Crank" error. Yasser was able to diagnose the issue as a bad fuel solenoid and a weak battery. He replaced both, then ran a test of the transfer switch and the generator panel in the house. It's nice to have it back online. Thanks again to Shocking Difference!
