Yasser & Matt did a great job & troubleshooting my generator. They are thorough & explained everything they did. I will recommend Shocking Difference to all my friends. I will call for their services in the near future. Once the gas company comes here & lower done the current pressure of my unit should be good to go. Thanks again Gents. I ordered the Ring Doorbell Camera for my front door, and the Ring Security Camera with Light for above my garage, from Amazon. I’m clueless when it comes to installing electronic devices. Jared was super friendly and great at communicating with me through the whole evaluation process. I havent hired him for the job yet, but the evaluation for the work that needs to be done was thorough and he gave me multiple itemized lists of the potential cost depending on which route we want to take for how to fix the problem. He also did a safety check and was able to identify a few things that are still working but are past their expected expiration date so we can know what work will likely need to be done in the future.

We recently had Yasser and Nash from Shocking Difference come out for a service call to fix some lighting issues, and we couldn’t be more impressed. They were incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish. Not only did they walk us through several options to resolve the problem, but they also went above and beyond by converting our older kitchen lighting to modern LED can lights. As usual, excellent service. Nate explained what was needed to solve various problems and issues. I was then able to make good decisions that would work best for me. Good communication was provided throughout the job. All the staff were very pleasant and easy to interact with. I've used Shocking Difference before for smaller jobs and this big job was done with the same precision, skill, and pleasant staff. Plus the cost seems reasonable....which is always welcome. Thank you!
