I own a hardwood flooring company "Advanced Hardwood Flooring LLC" that mainly specializes in high-end residential Hardwood flooring installation and refinishing. I am just as particular/picky as my customers are and Sheoga is by far the highest quality milling and kiln dried hardwood flooring in the area. I have access to a much closer business in Canfield, OH but the quality difference and pricing is definitely worth the distance/ wait. My customers want the best and I only give them the best!
My flooring was ordered in the summer. SUPPOSEDLY it has shipped and no one is taking my contractor's call. SUPPOSEDLY my walnut flooring has shipped. No tracking, no info. Thinking they are living off a heritage of hundreds of years. Never again
Paid a lot of money and got mostly 18-24" lengths. Otherwise good.
Initially looks awesome. However, this company uses a cheap finish that scratches easily and does not stand up to normal wear and tear at all. My floor is 3 years old and I have to sand the whole floor and refinish. I will use a good quality finish so I don't have to do this again for at least a decade.
I went to Sheoga 3 years looking to do my entire first floor with them . Their prices were better than retail stores then . I was not able to use them due to time frame of my project. Went back today to look at them for my upstairs . I was shocked at their prices . And it doesn't include labor to install . I got better prices and more variety at local flooring retailers . And they are limited on the size plank for hardwood laminate . Not worth the drive .
