Thank you for all you have done for Luke and our family. I believe he was with the agency for 8 years. He had very little control over his emotions and behaviors and every person that worked with him guided him to become and independent young man who is confident and much more self assured. They did a good job at first and helped with many things, though following through was not a thing. Some behaviors they help with, others they made much worse. When these behaviors became too much they dropped us and we have been on our own ever since. Find someone else if possible.
All I can say is I'm.sad how we were treated and if I had to do it all again I would have gone with becan services don't waste your time with this agency not worth it and not professional there a joke and there staff needs more.training and neevr on time late and honestly everything they do u can do your.self.thats.sad honeslty.and the bcba don't trust them they aren't there to help u
