My visit was very prompt and thorough. All were very professional and pleasant.
So far that's the grade I'm giving the front office staff. If the receptionist I dealt with is supposed to be the face of the business, that is pitiful. She was rude and nasty. There are far more deserving people in need of jobs.
There is always at least a two hour wait no matter what time of day. I have been a patient a long time. In the waiting room I have to sit through people expressing their frustration either by grumbling, walking out and even horrific swearing. My time and the other patients time is just as valuable as the doctors. The elderly patients have to pay for their rides and this is not fair. You only see the doctor for at most ten minutes. They need to take a seminar in time management skills.
Dreadful place. Egotistical drs who dont care enough to put a damn tv in a waiting room yet bowers makes elderly pts wait endlessly. Tension filled offices. Horrible management. This place has more skeletons in their closets than eye drops Runnnnn!!!!!!!
An hour and a half wait in the waiting room only to be belittled and talked down to by the doctor. Absolutely horrible.
