They do good work considering how tough the power grid is to maintain and repair in the mountains. Customer service is good. The visual website map is nice to have for a visual of where the outages are.

A “total convenience fee” charging us an extra 2.75% of the bill all for using a VISA DEBIT CARD? News flash — most people don’t pay through paper billing anymore. GET WITH THE TIMES! Also — I will pay a past due bill & they will include that bill as “due” on next months bill. Wtf is up with that? JUST ABOUT WORSE THAN PG&E IN CALIFORNIA. $300 a month for WHAT? I don’t even have a home on my property yet!

Great service & response time! We noticed our service wire had too much slack across the driveway of our new house, making it difficult for delivery trucks. They came out and raised it within 1 business day of calling them! Thank you!
Their payment systems are clunky and outdated. There's also a 2.45% fee for paying by card whether via phone, website, or app. Thinking of dusting off the checkbook and mailing it in just so they have to deal with the paper and work of a physical check.
