Our power is out an inordinate amount of time! They are slow to respond! They refuse to take preventative measures when they are notified of potential problems, like a tree on a line! I am very disappointed again as we wait over 24 hours without power! There are no repair trucks even in our area and no inclination or estimation of time they might decide to repair outages! Chalet Village North again has been slighted!

I forgot to pay my daily electric bill…..it’s Christmas. They turned my electric off on Christmas over 6 dollars. This town never ceases to amaze of how this town just doesn’t give a crap about its citizens. Luckily I’m fortunate enough to have money to be able to get it turned back on but I can’t help to think of those less fortunate than me who made the simple mistake of forgetting to pay 3 dollars and now have to pay the 50 dollars to get it to reconnect.

They do good work considering how tough the power grid is to maintain and repair in the mountains. Customer service is good. The visual website map is nice to have for a visual of where the outages are.

A lot of us live out of state. Would be nice if these clowns would get a bill to you outside a week before due date.

Website is OUTDATED & slow. Behind the times! Please update your website! Also BEHIND THE TIMES IN GENERAL! A “total convenience fee” charging us an extra 2.75% of the bill all for using a VISA DEBIT CARD? News flash — most people don’t pay through paper billing anymore. GET WITH THE TIMES! Also — I will pay a past due bill & they will include that bill as “due” on next months bill. Wtf is up with that? JUST ABOUT WORSE THAN PG&E IN CALIFORNIA. $300 a month for WHAT? I don’t even have a home on my property yet!
