Great service & response time! We noticed our service wire had too much slack across the driveway of our new house, making it difficult for delivery trucks. They came out and raised it within 1 business day of calling them! Thank you!
Tamara is a big ball of absolute sunshine, rude. I would love to know why they can’t delete an inactive account, I paid $10 on an account last night it was the wrong one? Why does the website even allow you to do this. 2nd, I made sure to put money on my account & now it’s disconnected & I had to pay $57 to reconnect it on top of the $10 that isn’t showing anywhere that came out of my account last night. Power has gone out at least once a week during the middle of the day for the past 2 months or so for my entire road. They claim they don’t know what’s causing it and just always apologize for the inconvenience. How can they not know why it’s going out? Ridiculous!
Destroyed our tree! Broke it at the trunk and didn’t touch the branch near the wires, which were to be trimmed one day after they came through and totally destroyed it as well as the neighbors. He had to spend thousands to take down the four trees they killed. Notice would be nice so professionals can do it earlier and save the tree. Disgusted with how they destroyed a beautiful tree and give no notice whatsoever. They are very unprofessional
Horrible power goes out at least 1 or 2 a month sometimes it will just Flicker on and off
